I've just worked about 7 months after graduation. the real reason for me to change job is sb. in the office is not doing things in a professional way, and I was kicked out of the project, and I think I won't have the same good opportunity in the near 1 or 2 years....
my question is can I tell the new firm the real reason or show my dissatisfaction? Is it a good thing not talking negatively of the old firm? I want to say "career develop" reasons, but for the 1st year new graduate, it doesn't make sense switching so soon.... thank you...
