I use garlic from those little jars in the produce dept. I also use garlic powder on occassion.

Fresh whenever possible, dehydrated (flakes) when fresh is not available. Powder or garlic salt only when I really don't have anything else.

Fresh always. Though Im not good at making garlic rolls so I use salt for that, but Im learning.

Depends on the meal.
I try to use fresh garlic mostly, but use garlic powder with other dry ingredients.

I use this stuff that you keep in the fridge and its in some kind of liquid and they are all chopped up. I use garlic alot so theres alot in the jar and it stays fresh for a long time.
