Definately not Paris...cant find a mountain wer Paris is..Looks more like south of europe.But cant really tell.Sorry.

i dont know, but it is pretty.
there is a river, in the lower left hand portion, and there are hills and mountains in the back ground. maybe the guy that said istambul is right.
