Blood from the ejaculate is called hematospermia. It can be caused from conditions like high blood pressure, injury, infection, and worst case scenario, cancer.
Best advice, go see the doctor (urologist) for a urinalysis, possible semen and blood analysis.
Just to let you know, hematospermia in a young healthy adult is usually not serious. Many times it resolves on its own. However, if your over 40, this occurs for a long time, or the addition of blood in your urine, then more aggressive workup is warranted. Either way, go get checked.

Addendum- under women's health. ahh, well, trust me, it isnt size. A lot of the time, blood can come from the cervix, but it's hard to say w/ what little info you gave. If you have discharge, good chance it's an STD. However, that doesnt exclude cervical polyps, cancer, and whole other slew of possibilities. Best advice, go get a pelvic exam + PAP smear, and possible colposcopy if warranted.

You should see your doctor.
I have this problem and I went to my OBGYN to have an exam and talk about it. He said that I have a tilted uterus. Because it's at an odd angle, intercourse is often painful and upon penetration, the penis rubs against areas where it's really not supposed to do. That irritation causes the bleeding. For me personally, it doesn't matter what size he is, I bleed.
My doctor suggested that I have sex in positions other than the missionary to alleviate the discomfort and bleeding. (ie, from behind on laying on our sides).

Geez. I hope that helps...'cause I sure put my business out there. Haha! :-)

You need to go to the doctor ASAP. It could mean several things, and it's highly likely that it's STD related. This is a common symptom of Gonorrhea, and sometimes a symptom of other STDs. Don't flatter the male's ego with "it's too big" - NO, it's not. A woman's vagina is designed to stretch to accomodate a penis regardless of it's size. If it was "size" related, it would have caused bleeding only once. Get to your gynecologist quickly. Good luck to you.

Means it's time to go to the doctor.
Money and insurance aside; that's just in case you're one of the 25% of Americans who don't have insurance. You could also be one of the 25% who has herpes, and a friend's friend has it, who had the same problem.
PS if size were the issue, your insides would learn to expand to fit, unless you're a really tiny person.

It might be a big problem, might be mot.

If u r under 18, it's normal. You hadn't prepared for sex.

If you older, you might have problem.

Before go to see your dr, check your sex partner. if he do someth violence, it might cause your problem.
