Keep trying to contact his probation officer. But, whatever you do, don't violate the terms of his probation. They will send him to jail!

What's the nature of the crime and why can't he see you? His probation officer might not be returning the calls but it is simple enough to go to the probation office and wait for an appointment. If you want to then you can make it happen.

Also, talk to a new lawyer. Often, an initial consultation is free and he or she can give you advice. The father of your child has rights, too, so find out what can be done. It sounds like the crime was bad enough where they thought he should not be around you. Maybe, you might have to listen to them. Not knowing what happened, or what was accused, makes it difficult to give straight advice. So, I would do the two things I mentioned. Go down and see the probation officer and also talk to a lawyer (or two) and get an initial consultation. Find out what can be done.

You'd need to provide more info for us to give you better advice... If he was accused of committing a crime against you (as others are assuming), it doesn't make sense, becasue you say he didn't do it. If this were the case, you would not have pressed charges in the first place. Was he accused of some criminal involvement, where they feel you were an accomplice or an influence? Drug activity perhaps? If so, I hope you are staying clean for the sake of your baby as well. Sorry for jumping to conclusions, but it just seems like an odd situation without more details to explain.

I can't understand why he can't be near you unless he was convicted for crimes of abuse towards you. If that is the case then that baby you are carrying is the very reason why you should stay away from him. Use your head and protect that innocent baby.

If he can't not see you then you must have said he did something to you.
