why is it that whenever i post a question i only get lik 1 answer. das crazy right there

It depends on your question and where you post it.

It may be that your question requires a very specific area of knowledge. It is quite possible to get no answers (or at least, no serious ones) if no-one appropriate is answering at the time. You rarely get answers after a couple of hours, because by then your question is so far down the list.
Another reason you get few answers, or the wrong kind, is that it is not clear from the first line what the subject area of your question is. It therefore has no instant attraction to anyone who is not delving deeper.
This question should really have been posted under the section devoted to Yahoo Answers.

Often times if the first answer is exactly what I would have put, I don't bother to repeat it.
