Non white looks like black people...in the state of michigan, if you are hispanic, you are considered White...of hispanic origin...a subtle difference from hispanic, of white origin, but a difference nonetheless

A white Hispanic is a individual who's ecu or predominantly ecu and of direction knows of spanish. A non white Hispanic is a individual who's Hispanic yet is none white.

I dont know look at the history in Brazil with the Portuguese,look at the History in Cuba with the Spanish,look at the history with the Dutch and the French in the Southern parts of the united States ,what else you are you can answer that but maybe possibly not which is true in some means but if your smart enough!!!

If I recall correctly being "Hispanic" refers to the native language and to anone of a nationality that is ultimately of Spanish decent. The difference in white and non-white Hispanics, as far as I can understand it is that "white-Hispanics" are from Spain, while "non-white Hispanics" are from Mexico, Guatemala, and the other South & Central American nations.
