Lets try giving facts instead.
pre-*** can happen anytime after insertion! (dependin on the minute man theory)
Pre-*** can and often does contain sperm.
Full ejaculate contains around 250 million (40 million - 600 million).
There may only be a few thousand sperm in pre-***.
It takes one sperm to get pregnant.
You do the math!

Some say "yes" some say "no". I say I got pregant with my first from pre- ejactualtion. and most of the time it happens before the male gets off.

You can BUT it is rare UNLESS the man has ejaculated very recently and not urinated. (which is a rule of using the withdrawal method)
See the purpose of pre-ejaculate is to neutrilize the pH of the ureter so that the sperm in the ejaculate has a better chance of survival. So while some men, some of the time have sperm in their ejaculate it tends to be old, and the pH tends to kill it.
However even when following the rules withdrawal is only about 80-90% effective. Though some studies suggest among married adults (who in theory have more control and are less likely to lie about being willing to pull out) it may be 90-96% effective. Even at 80-90% it is as effective as some other methods -like spermicide.

Of course you can! It happens when a man gets sexually excited...and a few drops can come out. Those drops contain sperm, and if you are inside the woman, they can swim in search of the egg to fertilize. If the egg is fertilized, the woman is pregnant, regardless of whether the man "came" inside of her or not...one drop is all that was needed. So don't think the "withdrawal method" works as a method of birth control...a lot of people think that...they are called Parents!

Yes you can get pregnant from it and it can happen at any time and a man can not feel it coming out.. no matter what they tell you. In one shot a man can produce over 300 million sperm. I watched a show yesterday on the discovery channel from Conception to Birth.. it was a great program and suggest that anyone watch it when they have questions about pregnancy.

YES you can get pregnant from pre ejaculation.....I have two friends to prove that!
Pre ejaculation generally occurs at the start of intercourse but it can happen as soon as the male is arroused even.

Yes, you definitely can. And it can happen anytime before he ejaculates. Neither of you would know its happening. That's why its extremely important to always use condoms.

Yes you can, and pre ejaculation is fluid released from the penis pretty much throughout sex until he ejaculates.
