He is an actor on Law & Order, & also a great man. I want him to run for President.
Others are saying "Run, Fred, Run".

I don't know the answer to your question, but I'll work on his campaign if he runs! My impression is that he is as tough, straight, honest and trustworthy as any president we've ever had, and better than anyone currently in the running for the GOP.

As much as I enjoy the L&O programs overall, I strongly resent their consistently liberal, pro-death, anti-Christian bias. However, I don't imagine Mr. Thompson had any control over that, and I've never seen him, even as an actor, espouse those attitudes.

So if you get an answer, share, please!

Fred Thompson is not a Senator, he retired.
Why do you think he turned to acting?

He'll be somewhat hard to get a hold of right now. Since he's no longer a Congressman, his office is more private, and in lieu of a Chief of Staff, he has an agent.

So...

1. Find out who his agent is, and contact HIS office, or

2. wait and see if he runs, then inform him of your support.

If you like him, I believe I heard he's filling in for that radio news commentator Paul Harvey today.

Can somebody call Bill Clinton to stop lying about Obama's stance on the immoral and "rash" Iraq war? Obama stood against this war from the beginning when it was political suicide to do so. Hillary Clinton who is a big war supporter and political plodder did not care about other women whose kids will be dying in a ill-conceived war. Please call Bill to shot his mouth now.

Tell him exactly which of his characters you'd like to see portrayed while in office. I think the Admiral from Hunt for Red October would be the best!
