Here are a few companies that will personalize leos for you. I know there are more, you just need to look through your catalogs at your gym or studio, and you may need to call the companies and check to see of they do personalized logos.

I would definitely do the embroidered logo. Iron-on logos will not do well on the lycra material that leos are made out of. Each time the material is stretched (when it is put on , taken off, any tumbling, etc) an iron-on transfer will break and crumble.

You can go to a "copy" store like Kinko's and have them xerox the image onto iron on transfer paper then iron them on yourself. There may be a bit of a problem though as the leotard fabric stretches the image may not stay "whole"

Other than that you can go to a place that does machine embroidery but it will be much more costly
