The problem with reality is that it is so individual specific. My reality and your reality are completely different. Just as your reality and that of your parents and siblings are completely different.
Denial is a way to deal with a negative reality situation. It may not always be the best way.
Everything changes eventually. That is why I am so against suicide. Tomorrow may be totally different than today.
I deal with it by going with the flow. It will change tomorrow.

i agree the only thing keeping reality in check for me is denying whats really going on in this world something that simply cant be explained by myself alone but im making an effort to figure it all out even i go crazy. why are the biggest questions the ones our very most of desires needs answered is why are we here what is the meaning of life how do we find out and who or what is behind all of this can anyone on the mist of this universe answer this, hell no. doesnt that just drive you mad, dont get me wrong there are explinations but do they really satisfy you or is that a mask you hide behind when inside your really breaking down reality is out the window explinations are in the darkness and insanity is your best friend who you hide from your ownself can anyone make any sense of anything really can you , no you can only make theories that can never be proven and debated on for man years until it is agreed upon by the majority of the populus to which it is then instated as a law.....not a fact a law, wtf!!
does anyone ever get deja vu and wonder why? does anyone feel desire and dont know how to satisfy the agony within oneself no matter how hard or where you look for pleasur its only temporary, for i have said it before and say it again nothing in this world lasts forever.I ask you what is free will?an illusion i tell you........well maybe i could write a book this being my beggining paragraph well sryy it had to start on yahoo answers on someone elses question, but then again maybe you agree with me.

I agree. I spend way too much time avoiding reality because the real world is awful, everyone hates each other, everyone is full of meaness, our country is at war, poverty is on the rise, there is now a clear cut between the extremly rich and the extremly poor, it is harder to make the money you need to survive, you can barely afford gas, and our political leaders are complete traders to our own society with their own benifits in mind.
I much enjoy the sanity of my own home and whatever I want to do within my wall, unless the mortgage company takes that too.

Not too well, as I have been trying to change reality twice this week. Not my fault that reality sucks. But hey, at least I tried!

Not very well. I'm currently stooping under the weight of my studies, tests, notes, corrections... I'm so immersed in new numbers, concepts, formulae, that I forget old stuff, which were so easy, so real to me...lol.. YA is one of the few things which connect me to reality.

How do you know that there is a reality? Have you been outside of it to observe it as a whole?
There is only madness.
