If close to Atlantic City, try the casinos you could do ltrips to the casino.

spend more money in advertising and let people know you are the best than other limo business. attract customers, i am learning about this right now....

post flyers around local high schools for prom...
advertise through myspace
advertise a deal on those flyers any where you can
use craigslist.org or your local classifieds online
and in the paper-bridal shops, go to local churches, etc.
