i take the word "fed up" as stress

there are 2 kinds of stress. Eustress and Distress

Eustress is a kind of stress that makes you motivated to overcome the stressor by mastering it (ex. u put ur optimal effort to finish the task that actually dues 1 hour again).
Distress is vice versa, it can make u depressed coz u feel that nothing u can do to master the stressor (u feel hopeless)

Certainly. When I'm tired of something I no longer want to deal with the pain and frustration of whatever the problem I am getting fed up with is. I must then eliminate the problem to get rid of it and no longer be "fed up". So yes.
