Puberty is just the onset of adolescence, the age at which you first grow pubic hair and first produce semen when you have an orgasm. After that, the other changes can come at any time: underarm hair, deeper voice, muscle growth, body hair, beard, etc. I have a friend who is 19 and he only shaves about once a week, and that's just to get rid of the fuzz. The TV folks would kill to get their hands on you and your genes for a long-running program in which the young actors never seem to age. Look at Ben McKenzie, in his twenties and still playing a teenager, or Ralph Macchio and how long he was able to play the Karate Kid. It runs in the family, so your dad and uncles and grandfather probably also matured late. It's who you are. Sooner or later you'll appreciate it.

some adult men ARE overdue bloomers. they start up puberty later than others - and instead of ending at about age 21 - will proceed on until eventually about age 25 earlier ending. some thing is plausible - yet no assure's. Genetics rule - you may't re-software genetics.

You are done growing you were done growing 2 years ago. Some people just can't grow beards. My dad is 62 and can't grow a beard. If your b@lls dropped then you are fine. looking young is a good thing.
