Nah, Grassy is a Consulting Engineer, though some have said Insulting would be a better adjective I disagree. I try to me nice to most and only insulting to those who truly deserve it. I am always nice to the ones I respect and love like you Honey. I am your protector remember. Come to me first if you ever have trouble here.

Interesting questions! I think everyone walks on egg shells at some point in their life, if not then I think they may have a problem or at least the people around them do. Yes, I do walk on egg shells, and I have gotten to be a professional at it! Thanks for the question!

YES...this one woman I work with is a Tyrant, even tho our jobs make us equals. If everyone at work doesn't kiss her a$$ she makes everybodies day a living hell.
She craves attention and feels she automatically deserves respect b/c she is older. She about 34 years old, ten years older than me, and she acts as if she were in high school, I can't respect anybody like that.
It's not hard for me to respect people for who they are, it just comes naturally. So if I don't respect you, I probably never will, b/c you will never change. Ya know? I'm not an idiot, I know a fake personality when I see one. And there is no way I could ever respect someone like you. Get over yourself!
It's very sad and she definately has MAJOR issues. One of them is growing up.
