peptidoglycan is only in prokaryotes, eukaryotes dont have it.

It is difficult from the wording of your question to tell what exactly you want. I'll guess that it is the fact that eukaryotic bacterial cell walls do not have the complex muccopolysacharide, "Peptidoglycan", that is almost always present in the cell walls of prokaryotic cells. Eukaryotic cell walls are chemically simple.
