and I have never had an orgasm. I love sex, but I wish I knew what to do so that it can be mutually satisfying. I read cosmo, but they never really tell you how to get where you want to go. I am pretty sure that I'm not "frigid"... but I just need some help. Anybody have any tips (that aren't sarcastic or rude)?

Well, for starters, discuss this with your sexual partner.
The things that may be helpful are:
- a loving and dedicated partner
- trust and the ability to really let yourself go
If you are having things like dyspareunia (pain on sexual intercourse) or vaginismus there may be a good point in being referred to a gynaecologist for a review.
Alcohol, beta-blockers and stimulant medications or stimulant recreational drugs may inhibit orgasm. You should consider eliminating these.
In some cases, despite all of the above efforts with a dedicated partner a woman may remain anorgasmic.

Yes if you do not have any sex toys you may need one. I have several and never reached an Orgasm until I bought one. MY Fiance and the toy together at the same time are the best. If you do not have any at all, the best I have found so far besides the rabbit is www.ginasalltimepleaser.com. Enjoy!!

I did not have an orgasm until I was about that age maybe a little younger. I still have never had an orgasm with someone. It took alot of practice with myself to figure out what would do it. First learn yourself and what will make you orgasm. Then have the person you are with help you,

i have never had an orgasm with a man! But when i masturbate i always have it....it's because i know my body,i know myself.
that doesn't mean i am frigid,i always have pleasure with a male but they were" one-minute men ",they ejaculate so early!
So ask your partner to focus on your needs,to take their time,to stimulate you, to help you enjoy sex!

I presume that you are a woman, men love it when you tell them while they are busy what you would like from them, in fact it turns them on even more. Truthfulness in sex is the best way to go. Trust me on that one. I wasn't satisfied until i told my partner exactly where to go.
If you are unsure what you like, experiment and know exactly what you like.
your man will love to hear from your lips that you would like to experiment and discover an orgasm and would be much obliged to help you to achieve that goal.

Have you tried by your self? I've always have them when I have sex, and I think me pleasing myself before I started having sex with men, might have had something to do with it. I'm sorry if this offends anyone.

i only slept with two guys and never had one and it wasnt great at all!! i never had one till i met my girlfriend then sex was great!!
you can also try a toy that helps to!!
