A Cicero computer is basically a clone computer made for Future Shop/Best Buy stores. Its parts are generic so as long as the motherboard supports it, you can replace parts by buying them at any OEM/Computer part store. The brand shouldn't make any difference.

About the only perhaps useful info from the article is that the name of a store selling CICERO computers is Future Shop in Calgary
