Screen on my Nokia phone went out I can not view anything what's the prob?

I cant view any incoming or outgoing calls screen is dead

i had the same thing happen to my phone. the lcd screen went bad. if you just got it you need to take it back and tell them what is going on. cause it may be a manafactor defualt. but if you have had the phone for a long while then you need to get a new one. you can always stop in the store or call you phone provider and ask them they will help you get what you need.

Try taking the battery off while the phone is on. This suprisingly helps fix many issues.
