Contact your local DHS office, health department, planned parenthood. They almost always have free childbirth classes. Or even your local hospitals ( check out their website) . I went to a free class at my hospital. Good Luck and Congrats!

Childbirth Preparation should be the same thing. At your next OBGYN appointment ask your doctor. They should definatly be able to point you in the right direction. Congratulations and Good LUck :)
