You can safely take one or two tylenols.

You can take 650 ml of tylenol. Its the only safe thing to take. Not all tylenol products are safe, especially not cold medications, or tylenol with caffeine or other things added.

Technically you can take anything before 8 weeks. The placenta isnt formed and functional until after then, so the baby doesnt share your body in that way yet.

But still, tylenol is best.

Tylenol is safe....however I was about 1-2 weeks pregnant and my period was due. I got terrible cramping like never before, but no period. I took 3 Ibuprofens!!! I didn't even know I was pregnant. After I took the medication, the pain stopped. 2 weeks later, I found out I was pregnant. lol....Don't do that of course....but Tylenol is safe.

You need to get advice from your Dr. The only over the counter medicine that I was told that I could take when I was pregnant is regular Tylenol. Again check with your Dr. to be safe.

If you dont want to take anything try stretching or a warm compress on the area where you are hurting also lay down
I think you might be able to take motrin but im not sure... you may just want to wait until you see you doc if the pain is bearable

I was told that I could take tylenol when I was pregnant. I wouldn't take aspirin or ibuprophin, though. Good luck! :)
