A few weeks ago i had a really bad stomac bug and i stopped eating for about 4 days as i would just throw up. But after i was better i kinda diddnt start eating, and just eat a bit occationally. I want to eat again but i just cant! The thought of food makes me feel sick, and i get full really easily. I know this is bad as i have lots alot of weight ( i am 7.13 stone and i am 6'7) i used to be 8.8 stone. Any ideas or advice? I have been wearing baggy clothes so my parents or friends dont notice, and i have been REALLY stressed recently with exams, boyfriend and family life. Thanks for taking the time to read this. xx

This is not something to mess around with. Stress can effect people in different ways, I know when im stressed, I don't eat. However, when my mom stresses, she over eats. You have to be careful because one girl i knew had a stomach bug, when she noticed how thin she got from vomiting she became obsessed with it. If this continues you need to speak to someone. Anorexia and eating disorders are horrible for your body. Best of luck.

yes, i would say you are headed down that path and you should IMMEDIATELY turn away from it. It isnt healthy for your body, and to get the nutrients it needs, your body will go into survival mode and begin eating away at your muscle. This is very unhealthy. As far as weight loss goes, it is not a healthy way to go about it because of the same reason, and because if you do this too long, it will backfire in the long run. PLEASE either seek help, or realize what you are doing to yourself and begin eating healthily again. Start slow, but you need to build yourself back up. I know you say food makes you feel sick, so try a smoothie or something. You are a beautiful person, dont do this to yourself.

Anytime you are trying to hide something, it's a potential problem, but from what you are saying, it does not sound like you are an anorexic. I don't know how thin you are, or what your home life is like but I advise you to be careful that you don't use food (or lack of food) to help you feel like you control a part of your life when other parts seem hopelessly our of control. Try talking to your parents about it, or the nurse at school. They will understand and you will feel better that you're not hiding it anymore.

bacause u didnt eat 4 a few days your stomach shrank some and ur not as hungry.if u start to eat a lil maybe ur stomach will eventually go back to its normal size!u may be anorexic i dont really know cuz u dont say u think u r fat but if u dont wann abe anorexic just start eatin alil at a time
