A class of 20 males and 20 females. I want to draw a scatter graph with BMI on y-axis and % Body Fat along the x-axis and have 2 sets of dots representing girls and boys. Everytime I try to do it, it only comes up with only BMI points marked. Can anyone help please? It's driving me mad. I found a website that has the exact kind I want at bottom page 5 ;

Are you selecting the XY (Scatter) option in the graph menu?

If so, in step 2 of the wizard, click on series and make sure you have 2 series, one male, one female, and that the x-values are the % body fat range and the y-values are the BMI.
