This morning, when driving into my parking garage, they were giving out beads for St. Patty's Day (tent party downtown). So, I promptly flashed the person giving them to me, and got charged with public indeceny. Isn't that what you're suppose to do to get beads?

Hon, that's only for Mardi Gras beads in New Orleans. Not for St. Patrick's Day. You just flashed people and broke a law.

You can also get charged with public indecency in New Orleans as well.
If they were already giving out the beads, then there was no need for you to flash anyone.

The flashing is only done at Mardi Gras. St. Patty's day means you have to paint your goodies green before you show them.
