Yes, it seems that you are getting to a rocky start. However I think you have a great idea. If you could reduce gravitation then less energy would be required to get around and that would lead to less pollution. My thumbs up to you.
I just wonder am I on the right track?

Even Einstein had the same problem: when he first explained Relativity, not many understood him. Yours may be even more harder, particularly since pollution is also involved. Keep trying.
