The dates you've chosen are great. Get there early & you should be able to enjoy all the rides & attractions with very little waiting. It may be a little busy. Make good use of the fast passes! The disney map shows all the attractions that offer fast passes. Basically it is a ticket that gets you into the attraction right away with no waiting. The only thing is that there's usually about a 30 minute timeframe for the fastpass to become active. Let's say you want to catch Space Mountain, but there's kind of a long line... maybe a 30 minute wait.... Grab a fast pass, go get a bite to eat ... come back at the time shown on the fast pass & you walk right into the ride with no waiting. :-)
The kids in Florida get out of school earlier than usual this summer, but I believe it is towards the end of May so you should be good.
I believe Disney opens at around 9am so get there good & early & i think you'll have a great time! :-)

As others have mentioned, you've chosen a great week to visit and are avoiding weekends, which is always recommended. You should be fine any days of the week, especially on Tue or Wed when crowds tend to be at their lowest. If you will be staying on property, be sure to take advantage of the extra magic hours. If not, plan your vacation around those hours so that you do not enter a park the same morning as a ton of Disney Resort guests. And be sure to take advantage of fast pass tickets for popular attractions and make those dining reservations early! 407-WDW-DINE. Have a wonderful vacation!

At anytime that you go, disney will have crowds. The trick it so work your way from the back inward, and fast pass the big attractions. I think that this time is probably a good one for less crowds because there is no breaks in school.

That is a wonderful time to go - it is before summer vacation in most parts of the country, and is not near any major holidays. The weather should be quite warm, but not terribly hot and humid. You will see plenty of people, but shouldn't have to deal with mile-long lines. Check out your resort package - they will have maps and info about Extra Magic Hours. The early hours tend to be a great time for riding lots of attractions in a short time. Have a fabulous trip!
