That depends. What do you mean by autostart? If you mean to make it bootable so you can load an OS from it, just search for "USB bootable"(without the quotes). If you mean you want to be asked what to do or have it automatically start a program with it when you pop it in, do what he said^. If you mean have it startup like a CDs autorun.inf, I dont know. I have been trying to figure that out myself but cant seem to get it to work(but it could just be my computer).

if u use win xp it should autostart incase u have disabled that feature
1.connect ur usb device
2.go to my computer
3.right click on usb device(removable storage) drive
4.Goto properties tab
5.now choose auto play
6.choose to prompt each time
and ur done

You can't AutoRun a drive that's not NTFS.
