Hey could you be pregnant or is there something else you are going through. I am the same way but I deal with depression. Try to write you feeling down in a journal it helps me. It will also help you see the cycle of you mood swings. If it is daily or monthly. Ask you boyfriend to hang in there and get some help. You could need a medication to help with you period. It can cause your hormones to go out of whack which can cause mood swings. To find out if it is your hormones you will need some blood work. Just hang in there and good luck.

Simple depression mixed with anxiety. A psychologist can help you... it has the highest cure rate and it's fast. You'll have a hard time fixing it on your own.

A period is probably just an excuse for you now if you really think about it.

sounds like horomones. Call your doctor. In the mean time try to do things that relaxes you and try to show attention to your boyfriend if you don't want to lose him. Talk to him about it so he doesn't think you don't care.
