I'm not sure if you are looking for a noun or an adjective so here goes:
babydoll or babyish, bad, busy, bully, buff, broke, brutal, brotherly, baldy or bald/baldish, bankrupt, bashful, bigot or bigotted, babbler or babbling, black, brown or beige, buxom, bountiful, and of course beautiful.
There are many more but I hope these help.

You didn't say if you wanted complimentary words. Most of mine seem to be rather insulting.
bachelor, bald, baboon, barbarian, barracuda, b*s*tard, battleaxe, batty, beastly, beauteous, beautiful, bedraggled, beloved, benevolent, benign, bewitching, big-hearted, big-headed, billionaire, bombastic, bossy, brilliant, brunette, blonde, buffoon.
