its a new trend and its to cover the receding hairline/combover.
personally i think shows like "sex and the city" made it hot to be bald. its shows the confidence of the person to be able to walk around with no hair, something people have fought for centuries with wigs, cream, weaves, toupees, gels and the list goes on.
so its like the new thing that will probably stay because combovers will never sexy neither will wigs or receding hairlines.

Maybe because the looks seems to be sexier than having receding hairlines, or being partially bold (just in some areas). Or maybe is easier to take care of.
Or just because it's the latest trend.

Bald looks better that a receding hairline, uneven balding, or real thin hair. I choose to fight mine with propecia from Canada. Its cheap and it WORKS. My hair is thicker at 43 than it was at 32.

My guess would be because their hair is thinning. At least that's what one of my friends said when he shaved his. He rather have no hair at all than a little.

bald with a little facial hair can be very sexy. and it's much better then an awful come over. Plus bald men to me are confident because they may have been balding and instead of hiding under creams and pills and treatments they just let it go...... very sexy

I think so. I'm 51 with a receding hair line. I might shave it off too.

correct! makes it more sexy than balding head. and in tropical country like ours, some want to shave head since its low maintenance and its cool.

i think they think,they are going to loose it anyways,so why not just shave it off and get through with it.iam bald on top,but i went bald naturally,and its been so long ago,iam use to it.

They are acting samrtly.. bcoz their hairs are falling and to hide that they are doing such kinda things.. its funny but true..
