I missed a pill around my ovulation date.A few dates later i had what was similar to an implantation bleed.My last period was 20th January,still no sign,and i am feeling that i could be pregnant.In my first pregnancy it was 2 and a half months before i had a positive hcg urine test.

you could definetly be pregnant. have you seen your ob/gyn for an internal exam and blood work? that will give you a definitive answer.

If the blood HCG was negative it is unlikely you are pregnant, but if you only tested with a urine HCG....as you said it took 2 1/2 months to get a positive. Worrying and stressing can delay or skip a cycle. If you are still concerned, wait another week (I know waiting is so hard) and get another blood test for final confirmation.

well penny, yes there is a possibility that you could be pregnant because at this time your body is producing a lot of progesterone , which makes it difficult to know if you are truly pregnant. It is what they refer to the (Luteal Phase) which is the period before your next menstruation. You should give it some more time and then check, but take the test probably in the afternoon instead of the morning

no you are not pregnant, for at least your blood hcg would be positive
you can delay your period by thinking you are pregnant
