It could be as simple as a urinary tract infection for which you can get some antibiotics to treat, or it could be signs of an STD. You definitely want to go get a pee test and your doctors office immediately to head off any serious complications. RIGHT NOW!

I think that means some kind of infection in the kidneys. I can be wrong. Just go see a doctor asap.

You need to see a doctor ASAP! It's either a kidney infection or the kidneys are trying to fail. It happened to me. It can be corrected, but just get to the doctor as soon as you can.
