Erm. Translating is no problem - the problem is how are you going to pronounce it right. The chances are you'll say some complete gibberish, although every russian will understand when they'll read it. Well, here you go:

Lootshiy den jizni.

If you say it about yourself -

Lootshii den moey zhizni.

Have fun pronouncing this. Hehe...

Literal translation would sound clumsy (answers above), but a very close version of that would be "Best day of my life" which is "Samiy luchshiy den' moey zhizni"

"Samiy luchshiy den' vsegda" is wrong...Really people - if someone asks you to translate something don't go to an online translation service. Everyone knows those things are not accurate! And if you translate that back to English it would be "Best day always." So, that's definitely not what you want...

"Samiy luchshiy den' kogda-libo" (see above) is correct but sounds kind of weird.
