Perhaps try your local park district. They sometimes look for young assistants in organizing groups of kids, or refereeing/umpiring sports, swimming pool help.

Maybe baby sit one little tyke. I think there are some jobs in agriculture too, like de-tasseling corn. She can also find a couple of lawn jobs, mowing and pulling weeds. Maybe put up a little notice at you super market letting people know what you do, rather her.
