pills easily, or do you have a sensitive gag reflex?

A nurse told me a long time ago that if you hold the pill in your mouth and make chewing motions with your teeth (no don't chew the pill) that it triggers your brain to expect something to go down your throat without gagging. Works for me.

I never gag when I swallow pills. But I do have a sensitive gag reflex, but mainly it's smells that will make me gag.

Not what I was expecting! But yes I can swallow pills quite easily, come to think of it I've never gagged in my life.

I can swallow multi pills at once if needed. I don't have a very sensitive gag reflex (wonder if that's why my bf loves me so much).

I thought this was going to be a rather rude question - maybe that was your intention? Anyway, to answer your question - quite easily now, but I used to have a problem with swallowing pills when I was younger.

I swallow easily unless it's one of those giant horse pills, then I kinda gag on it.
