The reason no one is answering your "50" questions is because they are very poor quality. When you can be bothered to ask a suitable and understandable question, with as much detail as possible we can help you.
For a start we are still waiting for:
The error message you get
What happens
What pc do you have
What software have you recently added or installed
All of the above will help us.
All I can advise based on your "question" is that you try to set the system up in safe mode.
Reboot the pc and keep tapping F8. On the new boot up menu select start windows in safe mode.

From what I am reading of your questions and your inability to even explain a problem I think I have the best solution for you.
DO you still have the boxes your computer came in? If so, take everything back apart, pack them up in the boxes and return them to where you bought them. You are not mentally qualified to operate a computer. It sounds like you have an I.D.10.T error and those are impossible to recover from. If you don't know what this error is, write it out without the periods and I think you will get the picture.

ur cpu's motherboard cell battery might have got over so it wouldn't keep in memory
replace the battery
symptoms
every time u will get wrong date and time on ur system
so now u replace the batter y on ur cpu's motherboard a 3V battery
