Every girl in this world is the prettiest since beauty is in the eye of the beholder and who one may find beautiful may be ugly to someone else and the other way around. Everyone is pretty to someone. OUtside beauty with ugly insides makes the outside ugly.

Well we havent seen all the women in the world so how can we judge? However judging from what i have seen it has to be Vivien Leigh, Scarlett Ohara from Gone with the Wind.

kate winslet she's not only pretty but she is really confident unlike those annorexic grls like nicole riche or w//e complaining that their fat when their like 70 lbs.
