yes !! , even though it has expired you still completed the required training and test . just note on the resume it has expired .

Yes, but not if it's ridiculously old (5+ years) and not relevant to your current job. Depends on how much other training and experience you have. And even if something's excluded from your resume, there's no reason why you can't drop it in an interview, right?

Why not? it will shows your exposure know. Nothing wrong in that..its can silently speak about your technical skill.
