How do I replace the case on my Samsung D500 mobile. I have quite a lot of technical knowlege?

I am used to installing intruder alarm systems, but there are normally some (hidden) screws, etc on some things that you're not familiar with

Go one to e-bay and search for Samsung d500 facia. Look through them and select the one which comes with fitting intructions, think some of them come with the correct screw driver aswell.

i would just buy the facia off ebay then take it to a cheap phone shop and get them to change it it shouldn't cost that much and it will be done properley
