You actually sweat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every single day of your life. You may just be noticing it more at night because you don't have on all the other clothing to absorb it away, and you aren't coated in antiperspirant. Quit worrying about it. Turn down the heat in the room a bit, relax and catch some sleep. If you are a teenager, your hormonals surges will cause you to sweat a little more at odd times, but that adjusts itself in time. So unless you are sweating buckets and turning the sheets yellow, relax, you sound like a normal human.

Sweating is normal! If you feel fine otherwise, I wouldn't worry about it! But sometimes, medical conditions, like low blood sugar can cause 'cold sweats'.
