Hard to describe really but I'll give it a shot. It starts out as a slow burning intense feeling that builds up and radiates around your body. Eventually the intensity seems to narrow down to just one spot(lol) and you feel like your building to crescendo. All your muscles get really tense and you feel like your about to explode and then....you do! Its like no other experience on earth and once you've had one you want more....lots more. :)
