I had point out before with the intention to no longer have any hangover take alkaline water as your chaser whilst eating demanding beverages and in case you're taking countless beer ascertain you're taking 3-5 alkaline pills before eating and confirm you have taken some thing stable before eating.in the morning take a Luke heat bathe.

No thanks I dont need one today... tho I got a few off here on monday!! Decided to give my liver a rest....so gonna have nothing for a week and I feel much better for it so far.
