is it true that the male lion have the strongest forequarters of all big cats

Strength, although all cats have some timeframe of speed. Of course it really doesn't matter to the one who it's about to have for a snack, they both come into play. Thinner cats usually have more speed, though speed is intrical for survival.

The Bengal Tiger is bulit for both strength and speed. They are basically built to fight and are powerful.

I think the tiger and lion both have the same amount of strength in the forequarters. It depends though.

In my opinion, I think Bengal Tigers; male and female; are built for both strength and speed.
