so if you have no worm problems, have a new hard drive, and excellent protection, whats the problem?

If you have a worm problem, then you have poor protection. Get better virus software (www.avast.com).

You don't give us much of a chance to answer your question. Without knowing what is going wrong, what the computer brand is, and nearly everything else, such as the symptoms of what it is doing, no one can answer your question.

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
