I sound like a bowl of rice crispys all the time. If you do it just right you can make it sound like music !

Stand in front of a speaker cabinet.

Being sure your back is resting about midway up the speaker or higher (4 or 5 ft tall speakers usually work good) reach back & grab the back.

Lift up your legs, & let the edge of the speaker hold your weight while you pop your back as your legs swing back down.

Feels good to pop it this way.

Yes, I believe that is a sign of sitting there too much. It has never happened to me. I hunch forward like a troll and my neck gets all crinked up and stiff. Which is worse, do you think? Cute, cute baby by the way.
