She sang off key for most of her performance! She needs to retire or just do studio work!

The only thing she had a problem with was being steady on her feet. She sounded great to me. I have an ear (professional) for music. I've noticed lately with the live broadcast that the sound can sometimes be distorted. Remembering her on the Apollo stage and seeing her last night was really a treat. She's still "The Boss"

I think a night based on her music alone was a hideous idea. She still has that arrogance. Her performance-the pits. She made comments to the contestants about their performances and I didn't feel she was worthy to speak. Yeah, she bombed big time. A Motown night, of Motown artists would have been great.

I had two thoughts......My Gawd she's beautiful for her age and I wish I had her body.
Bad performance....I don't think she should sing something that quick and uptempo...plus she sounded like she was too forceful with her voice which caused it to be off key. She sings much better softer and slower.

I'm surprised they actually defiled Diana's grave and placed her on the stage. Such an unrespectful act for the long-dead should not go unpunished!

I agree. She forgot the lyrics, forced the words, was "pitchy" and overall wasn't that good.
She should stick to studio recording where they can correct her mistakes.

Yah I kinda agree... she was all over the place.. "kinda pitchy" as Randy says.
It wouldn't surprise that she drinks out of the same bottle as Paula....

I thought she was "pitchy" but she looked great and didn't seem so obnoxiously diva-ish as I have seen her in the past.

I like to hear some of her songs, but i have always hated to see her...she looks like a crack head.
