No! The human genome is acquired from the sexual gametes and is present from birth. It may be altered during life by such things as radiation, smoking, chemicals, errors in translation etc. but this does no alter all the genes in all the cells of your body which is the genome.

Any alterations which are passed on must occur in the gametes or the early fertilized egg.

No! because genomes are only aqcuired while the offspring is still an embryo or a zygote.
