A- you are drinking in excess
B- you are combining too many spirits (don't mix the grape and the grain)
C - you aren't drinking sufficient amounts of water to flush the previous indulgences and are carrying over the toxins
It is a fact that alcohol is a toxin, so over indulgence can cause a toxic response in your body in the form of illness. However if you drink lots of water throughout the day as well as while you drink (8oz water per alcoholic drink) you can avoid much of the side effects while still enjoying the relaxing benefits.

You are having hangovers. The simple answer is: stop drinking. Another possiblity is: do not drink so much.
Here's some info:
Hangover causes include dehydration, low blood sugar, the chemical by-products that alcohol leaves in your system, and depletion of vitamins and minerals.
Alcohol is a diuretic. This means that it causes the body to lose water. This problem is made worse by the fact that when people are drinking alcohol, they seldom stop to have a glass of water. This loss of fluids causes dehydration. When your body doesn't have enough water to function properly, you'll experience symptoms of dehydration such as headache, dry mouth, and terrible thirst.
Alcohol also causes a drop in the body's blood sugar. Low blood sugar causes hangover symptoms such as trembling, nausea, and irritability.
Some of the chemical by-products of alcohol play a large part in giving you a hangover. Two of these hangover causes are acetaldehyde and cogeners.
Acetaldehyde is produced when your liver breaks down alcohol. A high level of acetaldehyde has a toxic effect on the body, which gives you a headache and causes body aches and nausea.
Cogeners are chemicals contained in alcoholic beverages that are formed during the alcohol fermentation process. Cogeners cause a toxic reaction in the body and add to the headache and lightheadedness of a hangover. Dark liquors, such as red wine, brandy, whiskey, and tequila contain more cogeners and will generally cause a more severe hangover. Clear drinks, such as gin, vodka, or white rum generally contain fewer cogeners and are less likely hangover causes.

I was watching this Pantera video one time. They were talking about drinking Pedealite when they drink. And man they do drink. I laughed at it and thought nothing of it. One day I picked up a 5th of JD and I walked past some. I said, "Oh what the hell." and I bought some. I drank it between some drinks.
The next day. I never got a hangover.

It's called a hangover. Get used to it.
Seriously, what kind of hangover you have depends on what you drink and how your body reacts. My friend, no matter what she drinks, she'll be sicker than a dog the next day. But my other friend, she might have a slight headache, and that's it.
