after my opinion it is not an oxymoron due to the fact that it is all a matter of point of view.
i mean marge simpson could very naturally say about her husband homer simpson that he is "fat and yellow but gorgeous".
as they say beauty is in the eyes of the beholder ;).

no, an oxymoron is a contradiction. Unless you think yellow and fat is ugly. But then that would be only your opinion.

or a brightly coloured new beetle.
or a bouncy castle.

The best oxymorons are juxtaposed without "but" which kind of warns you of the oxymoron. eg:

"He was late for work, but wasn't in the mood for the hundreds of emails waiting to be dealt with, so he rushed slowly."
