Shaving pubic hair?

Question

Do you shave or trim your pubic hair, and if so, why? I am thinking about trying, but don't know the best way, or how to explain it to buddy's in the locker room at the gym. Do you use shaving cream or any other product? Thanks for any responses!

Do it!! Just keep it manicured (trimmed down). Don't you like girls well manicured there? Get an electric razor and use like a number 1.

I've been completely shaved, done the landing strip and now just shave it on the sides because my b/f loves my dark blond pubic hair. As for the guys I think it's up to him as an individual and don't worry about your buddies in the locker room. If you look at this favorite topic in Yahoo answers, the obsession seems to be about female pubic hair.

Dude. Just trim. Don't shave your nuts or that area down there, cause it's there for a reason. If you shave that area, and you do any kind of aerobics or running or anything were you're gonna sweat, you'll be SORRY! Just trim, I've read in numerous polls that women prefer trimming over shaving. They want some hair down there, it's not like your gonne be teabagging anyone that much, so it's not worth it. My girlsfriend (and most if you ask) prefer trimming over everything else, and probably au-natural over shaving. As long as your not furry as hell.

I shave it when it starts getting to bushy and annoying. I like to leave some so it makes me more of a male. I just trim around the pubic area and waist and inner theighs. I did use a electric shaver but that did not work so I use a stright edge with shaving cream. After wards is stuck, itched and there were bumps all ovr where a shaved. I should of use some lotion on after I did it. Duh.

I keep all my hair very short with a good pair of beard scissors and use a new double edge to shave around the base. my wife and I work together from time to time, just as I help her once in awhile.

Just do a little at a time and your shower buddy should not even notice. And if he does and makes a comment, ask him why in the he_l are ya doing looking at my junk anyway.

I trim mine into a small landing strip because I like the way it looks and feels when I'm at the nude beach. For girls, most of us either trim our bush or shave it completely bald. Most guys that I've seen naked at the beach have at least some pubic hair.

trim for sure...I dont care who says what, there is no reason not too...its just hygiene...be careful if you try trimming the nuts though, that skin is loose and if you use an electric trimmer, it could easily get caught in there.....women prefer a good trim though, I mean if theyre goin down there....i use a hair trimmer, like one a hair cutter would use, and put it on a low setting, either a 1 or just use the trimmer without a setting, depends on how much your lookin to take off

Yes, I usually shave it all off, nothing better than to be smooooth. Electric razor does it for me. You don't have to explain, if they don't want to, fine. A girl told me she was shaved down there, and asked me if I was. I said no, but I wanted to try it. Since then, I won't let the hair grow at all.

Trim it dude shaving it fully looks weired when yer (15-100) and pluse it would probly hurt like hell gowring back

i trim...but i have shaved in the past. if you sweat a lot, shaved balls will stick to your legs.

if you decide to shave, just be careful with the razor. it's easy to nick yourself! trim off as much as possible before lathering up with shaving cream.

My hubby just uses they electric razor. He does it because I like it (well, I think he does too). I don't like it all long and hairy, so he just trims it as short as possible. I think that if he shaved smooth, it would bother him a little. As far as what other people would say, just tell them that your girlfriend likes it and that's what matters! :-)
